At Leviiia, we are committed to delivering a premium experience with every order.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our body care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges for any reason other than damage or defect.
    • Sale and promotional items cannot be exchanged.


    To start a return, please email info@leviiia.com with your order number and clear photos (if the item is damaged).

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping fees are refundable only if the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case. Our support team will confirm the method with you.
